Advanced web controls refer to Expand/Collapse Group, Parameter Control, Parameter Form Control, Filter Control, Slider and Navigation Control. They are defined with specific web actions and are used for specific purposes.
The advanced web controls can be inserted into the report areas listed in Component placement (except the table cells in web reports).
This section describes each of the web controls and how to use them in detail.
Note: After an advanced web control has been inserted, you can customize its appearance and behavior by setting properties in the Report Inspector, which can be saved as a CSS style for future use (for details, see Creating a CSS style).
