This dialog appears when you click 
in the value cell to specify the Filter Options property for a field in the Report Inspector. It helps you to define whether or not the filter-related shortcut menu items will be displayed when you right-click an object in Page Report Studio. See the dialog.
The following are details about options in the dialog:
Remove Filter
Specifies whether to display the Remove Filter item on the shortcut menu when you right-click an object in Page Report Studio.
Top N
Specifies whether to display the Top N item on the shortcut menu when you right-click an object in Page Report Studio.
Bottom N
Specifies whether to display the Bottom N item on the shortcut menu when you right-click an object in Page Report Studio.
More
Specifies whether to display the More item on the shortcut menu when you right-click an object in Page Report Studio.
Default
Specifies whether to apply the default settings.
OK
Applies the changes and closes the dialog.
Cancel
Cancels the changes and exits the dialog.
