
Deleting resources
To delete a resource or folder:
- For administrators, on the JReport Administration page, browse to the row that the resource or folder is in, then click the Delete button
in the Control column.
- For end users, on the JReport Console > Resources page, browse to the row that the resource or folder is in, then do either of the following:
- Select the row, right-click in the row and select Delete from the shortcut menu.
- Put the mouse pointer over the row and click the Delete button
on the floating toolbar.
Notes:
- The Public Components, My Components, Public Reports and My Reports folders cannot be deleted.
- Deleting a resource or folder removes the resource or folder from disk. The deleted resources and folders cannot be retrieved. Any relevant versions belonging to the resource will also be deleted.
